problems with multiplayer

hi I have a couple of multiplayer games for HON which I cannot load the screen goes to downloading battlefield but does not ,nor can I resign from them I do but they come back on the multiplayer screen

thanks for the report, anything in game can be reported with the Ctr + r key, this way the developers gets the same screen and error message as you see, thanks

hi now the multiplayer doesn't seem to work at all keeps waiting for my opponent to do his move and his says the same

then for some reason it either may have become corrupt, only option is please contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk
and see if they can load an older save or see if the problem is on one side or the other, maybe

Hi,
Since yesterday afternoon, I can't play any multiplayergames, it says ;
Server Error all the time and I do have to restart my compu. Still can play solo though.

My games will open but I get the following screen... can't do anything but close HON.
I did hit ctrl +R but not sure if it sent anything...

at the moment no,
please contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk and send a message to the server team and see if they know something, as they will have more details of your settings and what maybe going off, good luck

We had some serious problems with the server authentication which caused the errors you are experiencing in the last few days in multiplayer mode.
We should have fixed them now (even if games already corrupted could be still unplayable.).
Can you confirm if everything is working fine for everyone, now?
In case your game is unplayable or stuck, please tell me your opponent, and I'll remove them. Idem for open/corrupted challenges.
