Specializations & wrong ally

Working on a few new custom scenarios using both Japanese factions.
1) All specializations (with a z btw) display twice.
2) The Italians want to get in the fun. They're adjacent to the other Imperial Japan in the faction list so maybe a crossover.
I noticed that the French display instead of the Germans for Wolfpack/Wunderwaffe so something got shifted.
3) A question. How do you assign the Japanese landing craft Type 2 Ka-Mi? I have tried all specializations.
