I found a way to play Battle of Britain again - I'm still on 7.1.4 for reasons that I have stated elsewhere - and if it's of any use to anybody in that situation, this is how:
- In the mod folder, in mod.txt, change the statement to "unique_scenarios = false"
- Copy the BofB campaign itself to C:\Users\[name]\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - WW2\Campaigns
- Start the BofB mod and click Single Player
- On the Campaigns screen, click Custom content
- Arrow to the Battle of Britain campaign and Launch

Anyway, that's not why I came here. I just played the Battle of Britain scenario and was thrilled once again. What a great job that mod, that campaign, and that scenario are! (The other scenario, Unit Demonstrations, is not bad either for a small diversion.) Many, many kudos to the people who developed and tested BofB (Erik, I see that you were one of them.)

I had sunk two German invasion barges but time was running out and the Luftwaffe was just about to sink my fifth transport. So I gambled and went all-in on downing their heavy bombers. Just in time! What a great balance (on middle difficulty)! I had to struggle to pull out the victory and that is a sign of a well-crafted scenario.

I agree 100 % Bru! I've always thought that BoB was a great mod. Just played it the other day and loved it. Super great mod!!! Although I admit that I'll sometimes use "warbonds to buy more Spitfires! Lever 3 is just about right to get a collar on the Luftwaffe!
