PC verses Mac in multiplayer

I have a crumby PC and access to an ok Mac. I was wondering if I will still be able to play folks on multiplayer that have PCs if I buy a copy of the game for the Mac platform. Basically are PC and Mac multiplayer compatable?

Yes, they are compatible. You can play Mac vs PC vs iPad.
