Hi first of all apoligies if this question has already been asked.
If a battlegroup is out of line of command can it still move, that is, it is outwith command range of any commander.

They can move but not double move.

Being in command range would add +1 when rolling a CMT.

To clarify the previous answer, double move requires the commander to be in command range and actually with the battleline or BG, not just be in command range.
