Multiplayer modded game?

Is this possible?
It looks like the PBEM server only looks in the standard My Games scenario folder.
The Mod folder has its own scenario folder, but there is no option to switch to a different folder when you create a challenge.
So this only works for single player scenarios and campaigns.
