Steam Key for Collector's Edition?

Hey folks,
I purchased the Collector's Edition, after previously buying and registering the base version. I registered the CE version here, and now I see the game in my list twice, with two different serials numbers. The second copy does not indicate the CE, simply "Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon" like this:
[27 Nov 2014] Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon: [SERIAL NUMBER]
[07 Jan 2016] Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon: [ANOTHER SERIAL NUMBER]
However, when I attempt to get a Steam key for the second copy, I don't see the option to redeem the key: I only see the key for the original copy, and the game is missing from the large list of possible games at the bottom of the page.
So how do I get a Steam key for the CE version of the game? Thanks!
