Can somebody help?

I have a laptop ! I started to play here on the Laptop! One morning I was still CptAlatriste Ranking 1 but no more als N°1 with Otto, but with the"MEDIC" and 0 points at all!!! And I caould not (Still now) goes online under CptAlatriste..But still play as a new Cpt alatriste..????????????
I `d install the game one the Home PC where I normally work (I dont like it) here after all installation I `m CptAlatriste N° 1 with the British Officer!! the right one
What can I do on my Laptop to go back as N°1 here??? (Streaming doesn`t work at all every to turn it`s freeze)
