Hi - Mailbox was full and I could not read new messages. It's been mostly emptied, but I still can't access my new messages. Thanks in advance!

Even though you emptied your inbox...did you 'release' the new messages that were held because it was full? There is a link that should be around the NewPM button, IIRC.

I have noticed it isn't automatic after cleaning out the mailbox.
