how to deal with racial discrimination in this forum

If someone launch racial discrimination attack words on this forum , what will our forum do ?

I would hope certain words are censored in these forums i.e. you type a forbidden word and something like ******* appears. But, if anyone makes any offensive remarks in this forum, I would just send a personal message to the forum's moderators.
