Reinforcement rules state "If the space is friendly-controlled but contested, the unit appears as normal." In the autosave slot of the attached game save, Verviers is allied controlled and contested on December 20, but the 3 Armored Division does not arrive.

There also appears to be an error with the display of infantry replacement points. Two are due and can be assigned (e.g. to the 9 Infantry Division), but initially only one is shown on the wheel under the Undo button.
