I installed the boxed version of Panzer Corps and installed the downloaded version of Grand Campaign and Africa Corps. The Grand Campaign version does not work, I get a blank screen and none of the buttons work. The Africa Corps installed worked fine. I tried a complete re-install and it still does not work

May be a version issue. Did you install them in the order of their date of release? If not, I would uninstall and install Panzer Corps first, then Afrika Corps, and finally the Grand Campaign pack. It may be worthwhile to check the version number after each (located in the tiny print at the bottom of the main menu page) to make sure it keeps getting larger. I believe you should be on version 1.14 after the GC install. You may also want to check that the game functions properly after each step. If all goes well, then use the 'check for updates' button available on the game launch start-up screen to download and install the lastest patch (1.24). That should have you fully up to date. Hope this helps.

Like turn4441 told it's probably a version issue.
Download and install the last patch:

Installing in a different order worked, updated and it seems to be running OK now. Thanks for the help
