Can't open custom scenarios for game.

I can't open the downloaded custom scenarios for OOBP. I have an HP computer with Windows 10. What program or app do I need to use to open the custom scenarios. Also, why haven't these scenarios been put into an easily downloadable update for the game???

Put the custom scenario folders in the My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific\Scenarios folder.
Note that most of the custom scenarios are multiplayer (1v1, 2v2 etc). You need to launch or accept a challenge on the PBEM server.
Custom scenario designer can't add custom content to the game, sometimes the devs will do that (ie my Coral Sea and Betio scenarios).
