Problem with Online order 15/12/2015

Purchased commander europe at war yesterday. When I paid, bluesnaps had a "communication error". I was told to email bluesnaps support if i did not receive a confirmation within an hour. I waited two hours, emailed, still no response. My ticket number with slitherine is #2015121610000053. Would really like to get this sorted out before the weekend and holidays start. The payment is confirmed booked off my account for $14.99 CAD.

depends on how many problems they have on tbh, but normally same day for most, but it's a busy time atm, check to make sure it's sent and not sitting in a folder somewhere, or resend and click on need a receipt it's been read etc, can't do it with all ISP mail servers but can with some, good luck

I got confirmation emails for the correspondence i sent them, so should be good. Just really frusterated that this is the outcome of me trying to legally purchase the game.
