if I buy the hard copy of the game will it contain the latest update version or will I have to download all the versions changes myself? Downloading for me is kind of slow so I really don' t want a disc without the latest versions.

no sorry, most cd/dvd are burnt at the same time, so normally are the same as the release version, could be wrong, as it's just a guess tbh.

but as the game, same as most will be updated almost monthly or at least every 2 months, there will always be some downloading to be done, it's life with most modern games now i'm sorry to say

Thanks. Since there are probably few of us who want hard copy I couldn't see them making a warehouse full of discs ahead of time because they could just burn a copy in a few seconds for each order. However I wouldn't trust Blue Snap to do it anyway. I once waited 3 months for a copy and received a blank disc instead. I never got a response from them. Thank you for your answer.

it may not be correct for all games, if your not totally sure you can always ask here, they will know for 100% sure, ask just in case and good luck

The disks are actually manufactured on demand but the GM doesn't get updated every time there is a patch so you would need to download the latest updates. We'll do a remaster of HoN sometime in the new year after battle cards are implemented.

Thanks for the info Ian. Now I understand. Having never played the board game I have no idea what the battle cards are but I guess I'll wait for them anyway. Besides the latest version 1.21 is probably in the picobyte size. Is there such a thing? How does it go Mega, Giga, Tera, Pico and up or am I going the wrong way? Thanks again.
