Hi I just requested a steam key for battle academy 2, and when I entered it into steam , it said already registered by another account. I did this whitin seconds of requesting the steam key, so the problem is not on my side, the key must of been released to someone before me.

I know mistakes happen, I would like to get a valid steam key though, please help

I've had 3 Duplicate Product Codes in a row for BA2 Kursk. Hopefully this can be ironed out soon.

Make that 4 duplicates. Why is this taking so long to resolve?

have you had one from them since they got back on the 4th from support? if not please try support again and they will fix it for you, sorry for the issues, it's a steam side one not the board

Some of the team keys issued to us by Steam are already in use. We don't know why and neither do they. We have no way of knowing until someone tries to use them.

Should I worry about getting games from Slitherine now?

no nothing to worry about with serials or purchases etc, only a tiny amount get flagged up as incorrect and always gets sorted in the end
