pb with dzerzinski square scenario

hi gamers,
i have a pb with that scenario, i cannot upload to the server at the end of turn 1. Any help would be appreciated

it says unable to connect to the server, after some tries it allows canceling the turn. Same happened today again. Other scenario for BA2 or games (BA) works

the sentence is: failed to send to the server, please try again.
it--the problem is still there

odd, I've played 3-4 turns today without any issues.
