ADDITIONAL COMPETITION INFORMATION
This is a medieval period competition using Field of Glory rules, painted 15mm scale figures and 6’ x 4’ tables. Players should provide their own terrain, however, club terrain will be made available. Terrain will be set in accordance with the Field of Glory set up rules.
There will be 4 rounds and start times will be 9.00am on both Saturday and Sunday. The first round draw will be random, with a Swiss chess system operating in following rounds.
Games will last three and a half hours, with an additional time period up to thirty minutes to be determined by the umpire. When time is called, all movement ends, shooting and close combats are resolved and final cohesion tests completed.
Cost of entry is $10 per day.
Players who are given a bye will be credited with a 25-0 win in order to conduct the draw, but their final score will be the average of their other rounds and this will be used to determine final places.
Armies must be selected from the Field of Glory companion books Storm of Arrows and Swords and Scimitars. Only one army list is to be provided, including all options relevant to the composition of the force eg special campaigns. All battle groups must be fully defined by type, armour, quality, training and capabilities and points shown. Allied battle groups must be clearly identified. The order of march must be supplied with the army list. Army lists are not to exceed 800 army points. Provide a return e-mail address or telephone number in case corrections need to be made.

The following prizes will be given:
• Henry V Award for Best General based on the standard Field of Glory 25-0 system
• Edward IV Award for killing the most enemy generals
• Ilkhan Ghazan Mahmud Award for sacking the most enemy camps over the course of the competition
• Robert the Bruce Award for destroying the most enemy bases as a result of death rolls in a single battle
• Charles the Bold Award for Encouragement as judged by the umpire
• Saladin Award for Sportsmanship as judged by the umpire
