Thanks to Duncan I can now play my first 3.1 game! Hot seating it now to see what is new.

Any would be opponents interested in a game? I'd like to play 2 games, one as Allies and the other as Axis.

And are there patch notes for 3.1 changes btw?

I have one Allies game going, I'd like a second and even a third game one, Axis or Allies. (But not both Allies plz lol)

I would like to lay both of you. Ideally mirror games, otherwise whatever side you want. Either default rules or no sub repair at sea your choice (Ithink subs are way too powerful). My email is ceaw1939 at gmail dot com (you can't put emails in regular format for some reason).

Oh and consider these house rules, we can use tall of them, some of them or none of them if you like:
1. Only one sub attack per DD unit (as if in port) unless the DD is also attacked by a surface unit.Wolfpacks did not hunt destroyer flotillas for obvious reasons.
2. Partisans can only leave their home nation if the capital is in friendly hands and they can trace supply to it. Yugoslav partisans never invaded germany.
3. Pro-British Iraqi partisans are absurd. If they appear they can neither move nor attack.
