Bad Support

Hello !
I have send 2 E-Mails to the support of Slitherine in the last weeks and get neither a response nor a reaction on my topics. How are your experiences with the support ? Some month ago they did a good job and answered quick and deleted also the requested games from my list. By the way the CLAIM VICTORY BUTTON still doesn`t work or have only I this problem ?

As far as I can see, the last time you contacted us at support[at]slitherine.co.uk was on August.
Can you please tell us what's your ticket number of your recent tech support requests?

Hi VPaulus!
My 1. Mail was sent directly from my E-Mail account to
support@slitherine.co.uk on 28.10.
I repepeated that mail and sent another on 17.11. on the same way. I didn`t use the support button.

Like I've told you the last email we have from you is from August.
When you email to support, you'll receive an automatic response acknowledging that we have received your message. That reply also contain on the subject the support ticket number.
What's the ticket number?

I didn`t get any response and also no support ticket number. But I also didn`t get a mailer demon notice. So my mails should have reached Slitherine. Maybe you check if they have reached you. You now know the date and the emitter.

No, I'm afraid they haven't. Otherwise you would have received the automatic resposne with the ticket number.
And I have checked, there aren't any emails from your email address since August.
Have you changed email address or Internet provider?

i wrote to that uk support and they solved my inactive games quiet soon, during this weekend in like 20 hours, thats fine

Hi!
I have send an E-Mail including ticket No. 3 days ago and didn`t get any reaction. Neither a confirm nor the job done and the old game deleted. This is my experience with the support. It is the 3rd try to get rid of this old game. If the claim victory button would work it would be much easier for me even with 30 days to wait for.

What's the ticket number?
I've searched on system, and your last ticket was on 26th of November, and you never responded back to our question.

The ticket No. is the one from 26.11. I used it in my mail from 08.12. My system told me that my mail was sent succesfully to your support. I will send the mail again and hope you receive it. I have only with you problems with my mails to be received.

Hi,
I'm trying to register my Great War copy on steam, but I'm getting "Battle Academy 2: Eastern Front" key which is already registered by another steam account.
I contacted support, they told me to redeem again, I did it and got another "Battle Academy 2: Eastern Front" key which is already registered by another steam account.
Wrote to support again, and have'nt got any reaction. A week has passed since the last reply.
