BA crashes on Win 10 64bit on Surface pro 4 - BA HAS STOPPED WORKING
I have just purchased BA along with mega pack (local install - not steam) and initial install on my surface pro4 (win10 pro 64 bit with latest fall update) was successful.
After a reboot BA no longer runs- crashes just after I have successfully logged in and click on any icon ie: campaign, multiplayer etc - no error code but windows event viewer shows the following:
Application error event id: 1000 - a typical applicaiton error
I have tried the following to resolve:
1. I have run the Windows troubleshooter and tried various settings but all fail with the above results.
2. I have re-installed BA as administrator - run as (also deleted ba folder in my local profile documents before install) - BA crashes.
3. Logged in as built in local admin, ran BA - BA crashes
4. Detached Surface pro 4 keyboard- BA crashes
5. Rebooted Surface pro 4 several times- BA crashes
6. Turned off Symantec Cloud enpoint security - BA crashes
7. See error log:

Not sure if this is related but after the initial BA install I connected a brand new surface cover 4 keyboard and rebooted at the prompt- BA appeared to crash after this!
Any ideas to a workarounbd or resolution?
*update - Surface Pro4 wiped and Win10 pro 64bit successfully re-installed with all latest Nov 2105 drivers, firmware and Fall Nov update v1511, 10586 - BA to be tested!
Tested - BA crashes again..ouch.BA works ok on a surface pro 3 with all updates. Driver issue?
Please advise
