I've just re-installed BA1 on my new PC, but having real problems with BA2. I get this error message pop up each time I try. I've tried restarting Windows to clear any potential blocks but that didn't work. Any idea?

That usually means that a third party program (like an anti-virus) is interfering with the installation of the game.
Please temporarily disable your Internet security programs (like anti-virus, anti-malware, etc.) while installing the game.

Another workaround is to install the game while running Windows in safe mode.

However I also have a problem playing BA1.

BA1 successfully installed, however when I fire it up and select the Multiplayer option it says that 'the server was unable to validate my details - please contact the support forums...'

Any ideas?

If this don't work, check if any of your Internet security programs aren't interfering.

Hi,

I've tried resetting my password and disabling my AV (Panda Free). Nothing else is interfering.

I've got my problem getting to the Multi-player screen on BA2 but BA1 still complains, claiming that:

the server was unable to validate my details - please contact the support forums...

Need further assistance!
