I bought the ipad version. Went to register it here but cannot find a 'serial number' anywhere. Can someone tell me where I would locate it?

I'm sorry you are having problems with the game. iPad games don't come with serials, as Apple deal with the DRM. But you can sign in on the Multiplayer and it will generate a dummy serial, which will then register to your account.
