Slitherine

I know there are only so many slots for nations, as this has come up in previous posts. I wonder if it is possible - in a custom scenario - to reorder the slots. For instance, I would like to utilise the Royalists, Parliamentarians, the Scottish Royalists, Covenanters, and Irish as separate entitites. Obviously, I will not touch any of the original folders as I presume there is no reason so to do, and I would like to do my thing without screwing up a future update.

I Jommi did something along the lines of what I want in his excellent mod.

You don't need to re-order anything. You can add two more texture folders without any problems. (The limit is 32, currently only 20 are in use.)
