Does anyone else actually play 3.1 anymore?

Looking for a game. Prefer axis but will play either side or mirror games. Will play standard rules but also willing to play with no U-boat repairs at sea (I find the idea preposterous, and replacements would not appear in 20 days - these are reflected in new U-boat units, and U-boats are way too strong anyway). No invading Belgium before 1940.
