I purchased the online download of Gates of Troy, when I try to run the game a box pops up that says key expired at the top. I never received a key. It also has a button for customer service but when i click on it an error box comes up saying missing one or more tags.....what have I screwed up?? I am running Vista. I downloaded the patch and unzipped it and placed in the file but still nothing

It sounds like Vista has stopped the auto-install from completing properly. Iain should be able to get you up and running on Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

OK what I did was a total uninstall and delete. I then redownloaded it (took forever) but it worked.
