Hello everybody!

Is it possible to alter only German unit stats? For instance, I want to increase shock attack values for German panzer units only, NOT for other countries' armor units as well.

Any help would be appreciated!

You can do this by editing the research_progress.txt file for Germany (Country '0' in that file) for the particular scenario you are playing.
