I'm reading a lot of mixed and confusing posts about the implementation of the soft cap on the most recent rule set being bugged, and this being especially problematic with the Grand Campaign.

Has there been word from the Dev's on this?

I'd like to know this as well. I am coming back to check out PC after a long time but don't want to start playing if there is some kind of critical bug.
