when a Bg intercept a charging BG, who can move forward bases 2 MU after impact? coz i had a situation where if both could it should result in 2 bases in contact for each but if only intercepting could, it would result in 2 base agaisnt 1

You do interception first, up to the maximum distance for foot/horse. Then the chargers move and hit whatever they hit, stepping forward normally
