Duplicate code message on Steam

I am truly sorry that I'm forced to open a thread here, but I fear it's my only chance to get noticed by someone.
I bought the game yesterday, from this site. I used the Steam key generation provided here. The key I received was rejected by Steam as "duplicate".
I have contacted the support, got a message requesting further information, which I immediately provided and since then (over 24 hours now) I have been waiting for some response, even an acknowledgment that someone has received the information and is looking at it. I have sent my order id, my license key and the key that was generated for Steam. I do not know if more information is needed (I shouldn't think so but then again I haven't heard back from anyone).
I got exactly one response on the thread I opened over at the Steam fora for OoB: P, foolishly thinking that it was something that could be sorted quickly and efficiently.
If I'm doing something wrong, I would appreciate any advice on how I should handle this.
