Couple Questions about Operation Sealion (SPOILERS)

DO NOT READ ANY FARTHER IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE EVENTS OF THE SEALION DLC SPOILED FOR YOU!!!!!!!!
So I completed by my first Sealion campaign, taking the Dover landing route. Im still trying to decide which of the two alternate routes I should do next....
But anyway, I have a couple questions.
First, the end screen after completing Reykjavik states something like 'when a continuation to this is released, you will be able to use your existing core'. Are there plans for a sequel to Operation Sealion? Perhaps Conquest of USSR starting in 1943?
Second, this is more an opinion question for both the devs and the general player base.
During the Antonine wall scenario, you are informed about the commencement of Operation Barbarossa, and are ordered to 'apprehend' the soviet advisor in his T-34. That was a fun surprise as I had to scramble and send troops south as I had left him far to the rear. But it instantly got me thinking:
Would Germany have still launched Operation Barbarossa in June 1941 having invaded and currently conquering England? I don't think Germany would have had the resources for that.
I think a surprise attack by the USSR on Germany would be more believable.
What do you think?
