I know attacks by Strategic Bombers do something and the black number that flashes during the attack means something, but I still confused by it all. Would someone be so kind as to enlighten me on this? Thanks.

Thanks for the response. So if a black 2 flashes does that mean is loses 2 production points? An if so, for how long are they lost? When I check the city I don't see any draw down of the PP after an attack. Though, I may be looking at the wrong thing.

Cities lose strength. Max strength is 10. So if a city with PP 2 loses 5 strength that is 50% hence 1 PP

OK, now I think I'm understanding, almost ... I assume this loss is cumulative. How long does once lost to repair, assuming no further attacks?
