The game crashes as the opening video sequence unfolds. I'd give you the crash reports that the game created to send in, but I can't paste them or attach them (says extension not allowed.) Any help?

Only zip files are allowed as extension here.

Can you get into the main menu at all? If needed we can provide a file which disables the intro video. If you can get past it, you can disable the intro video in the options menu > Audio & Video tab.
