Your Version of PanzerCorp is too Old

I am getting this error when I log into Multiplayer just in the last few days. I have played several times a week for months. I do not see any new updates. Just in case, I downloaded the latest version for the PC (PanzerCorps-Update-v122) and tried to install it, but it said I already had the latest version. Any ideas?
