The Challenge has been set, the benchmark raised, now it's your turn to take up the battle and go higher, reach where others haven't gone before you...

Are you up for the mission and challenge soldier?

If you don't try, you won't win, and lets hope the dice rolls in your favour

Who will be the first to level 6 and above?

online or off, it's your choice, the Challenge is up, now go win and top score the board and let your name live on into History, in Heroes of Normandie

Lets hope you don't get stopped in your tracks by a bug attack. The program stopped working for me, I already gave up.
I do hope that the game (at present) does not allow for a player to achieve #1 skill level...level playing field (bug free) first?

i've finished the game 3 times tbh, so apart from an odd error it's a lot better tbh, sorry your not enjoying it, but it will get better, you just need to give the developers more time, to not only sort any left over issues but to add and amend anything anyone else finds

True dat. It is a bit frustrating getting a perfect score just to see it null and void.

agreed, but i've rolled 3x6's in a row and still lost a match, i've played agaisnt another player who rolled the same and he lost the game, i've had every unit lost bar one and won, so in dice games it's goes both ways

Life playing against the AI.
That is why I dislike playing against the AI, I give it a shot every now and again...Similar to a quitter.
Coming out with a game before the AI is ready...

the AI is fine in the game tbh, it's users lack of understanding on random dice that's the problem i'm sorry to say

Bugs (Game freeze) in the AI are not fine.

Countless hours for nothing.

also true, but it's was causes the freezes that is the problem to fix, if it's hardware and O/S software related, drivers etc and only in a couple of pc's / users, then it's harder to track down and fix, the more that have the issues and if it can be replicated with saves and known moves to make it happen at will, then it's easier to solve and fix and also patch

with only 19 posts in tech support with almost nobody reporting the issues, it's still a unknown one until someone mentions it and explains how it happens and when it occurs etc, and can provide steps to replicate it, so the developers can see it, fix it and make and patch and release it..

Ah, So it was you who threw a monkey wrench in the point system; nobody able to collect points but you :P

there's plenty of movement on the leader board, with only one saying there points aren't going up, while nobody else is, i check it each day and have looked

That's what I thought! It's all in my head bud....look at the math, it does not add up. I do over 100 turns a day, playing 40+ games, I think I should get some form of credit? Maybe I am missing something; players do receive points even if they don't win the mission, correct?

I don't really care about points- just hoping this might get corrected soon...then you will see who the real master is.
Give me a legitimate chance please.

P.S. If I cant beat you legitimately, I will resort to cheating...Moo ha, ha, ha

you only get points from winning a match, nothing what so ever for losing

just checked again, score haven't changed for you, then again you re load you're save that often i'm surprised they haven't banned you as yet, so your lucky to still be on the board at all i'm sorry to say

I don't know what you are talking ("re-load you're save") about?
If no points, what is the point of having a scorecard if no points are awarded? If what you say is true, then I am only half right (no points). I am not sure it is a win/lose situation in any of the scenarios/missions...

I have played many a game where nobody achieves primary objective but both might gain secondary objective.
The only time I gain points is if I end the game with a win. With that being said, I do not gain points in scenarios that require occupation, unless I am the last moving player and I occupy the objective.

Both players can gain points by completing a mission.

FYI, Just because I am the only guy who posts ''nil points'' does not mean it is not an issue to others as well.

Zakblood is correct. I'll try to explain how things (should) work in multiplayer, right now:

1) If you lose a multiplayer game, nothing is awarded. This also means that nothing is subtracted, if you end up with negative points.
2) If you win a multiplayer game, your "multiplayer wins" counter is incremented, and you're awarded all the points you won.
3) If a multiplayer game is tied (noone is able to reach the objective), the player who reached the most points (kills) wins, and is awarded the points. The other player loses and doesn't get anything.
4) If a player retires, you should be notified, you will win and you'll get the points.
5) If we delete a game because it's expired, noone gets the points.
6) You should always be able to see the "Mission End" screen.

Some things can definitely be improved. For example, Waltero is right: showing the points to the loser leads him to believe he's getting points, while he's not. We'll try to change this.
Point 5) is unjust, and we'll see if we can technically give a penalty to the player who let the game expire and award points to the other.
We're receiving a lot of feedback about Point 6). It seems that some players are not notified about the end of the game.
It seems we're unable to reproduce this problem. Can some kind player help us with this? Are you able to come up with an instance in which you were not notified of the end of the game? Can you tell us what the game was (opponent and date)?

Thank you!
