Here's a new one for you

Twice now I have hosted a challenge for the scenario Imphal-Kohima as the Japs. I am going to play with brenmusik, one of your beta testers, so I created a password.

As soon as the game is created it asks if I want to proceed with my turn. That of course is too fast for brenmusik to have accepted the challenge. But I clicked yes. It launches the game as the ALLIES! not the Japs. So I click on turn finished and then on my MP screen the next turn is waiting. I launch that and it is the same game but with me as the Japs this time.

No, I haven't been drinking. And I'm not in the Hotseat section.

Hopefully a one-time fluke.
I just started a new password-game (against Brenmusik) and it started normally.

It seems to be when I start I-K games. It did it twice. But anyway, I know there are too many variables for the devs to chase every strange occurrence.

Hm not sure what to say about this. My best guess is it may have something to do with switching sides/maps several times in the game setup before finally "publishing" the challenge. If this is indeed the case, some specific code improvements in the upcoming version may already have solved that particular issue, but I'll look into it anyway.

Multiplayer bugs are particularly hard to track down, because usually the point where the actual problem first came up is near impossible to trace by the time an issue becomes apparent to the player.
