Patch 1.06 for Italian version

Are there any news about the Italian version of patch 1.06? I recently bought the game in Italy but I can't find the patch nor on the Slitherine site nor on the Leader's site. If you didn't localize the patch for the Italian version would it be possible to change to the English version? By the way this would be my preferred choice anyway...

The Italian patch was announced in this thread:

However, the patch is indeed not listed in the download section of CEAW.
