I can see my house from here... (Grand Campaign E45)

Well my on again, off again love hate affair with Panzer General continues.
I bought it for myself on my ipad in December of 2012 (I think might have been 13) and bought the Grand Campaign and all the fixings to go with it as well after clearing the normal one.
I've decided to put my foot down and use the fact that my horrible commute involves like two hours on the metro to and from work to finally finish the thing once and for all.
I'm playing on Colonel difficulty, started grand campaign back in Poland have been importing all the way through. I hit the high tide in Stalingrad at around 25K and ever since my unsophisticated strategy (MORE TIGERS! BIGGER TIGERS!) has winnowed that down to around 10.5 K as I'm starting up Budapest 45.
This morning I just completed an unacceptable playthrough of it that I "won" getting a DV (my strategy of more or less abandoning the Western half of the city to fight the Russians as they tried to cross the bridges/one city hex and a fair amount of air support insured the garrison's survival) but completely lost two artillery unit and suffered way more damage to my airforce than I can stand so I'm going to replay it.
My personal sense of honor is that I can reboot a mission as many times as I like when I loose/get too costly a victory, but I have to do it from turn 1.
I've got about 10 Five Star king Tigers at 11 points, an over sized airforce (like 7-8 fighters, three tac bombers, four level) a bunch of five star hummels, and varying infantry units mostly around 3 to 5 stars. In short, while I don't have anywhere near as much prestige as I'd like (I could easily bankrupt myself trying to take those those tigers to 15 which I probably will start doing once we hit Berlin) my core seems pretty strong if a bit unverified.
I'm pretty sure I have the measure of this Budapest now, if nothing else in some ways it feels easier than the '44 version where it felt like no sooner did I kill off one wave of soviets than did the next arrive,
So yeah need to do this, need to do the Heights... and then Berlin...
Just for reference you guys who know the campaign better than I do, having 10K by Budapest '45 and reliable stable of King Tigers should be enough to get me through to the end right or am I already done for and just don't realize it?
