modify the force for units

Hello,

i would like to know if it is possible to modify the force of the units in the units.csv
file instead of modifying it directly in the scenario. They are all at 10 by default,
and for some units, i would like to change it.

i tried to modify strenght in the csv file (i thought it was that as all valuers are equal to 100, for example by putting 30 to have a force of 3), but no effect when i go in the scenario editor.

Thanks !

It's not possible to do it through the CSV, but you can set the strength of units played in the editor. If you select one, there is a textfield with a "10" which should say "strength" in its tooltip.

Setting the strength in the editor, is the new value a max strength or will repair bring it up to 10 again?

It would be nice to able to set a max strength < 10, especially for float-planes carried by capital ships. They would normally carry only 2-5 planes.

10 always means "at full strength" - it does not reflect how many soldiers, planes, tanks, ... a unit is made up of. We're not planning on changing that. If units would have various max strength values it would quickly get very confusing to figure out what can be repaired and what can't. The floatplane stats are already very weak to represent lower airplane count.
