Game freezes on 5th mission of second U.S. Campaign

Great game - really loving the short scenarios.....
I'm hitting a bug where the game freezes on the scenario named in the title (one where you have to kill tank and both officers in the hut). When the AI is playing it freezes while activating the 3rd order on the second turn. Have got past it as you can complete primary objective in one turn but would like to complete secondary objective too!
