Error code 1, 5 etc.

Hello
After a week without playing, I resumed my games online. But I had several problems. Sometimes I can do my turn but I can not send it, other times I can not even log me in multiplayer mode.
Since this morning, I have this message:
"Categorised as: Network connection error (Code -1)
(Whole response) State: Verify
Response Type: Page Received
HTTP Status: 403
Time: 2015-10-03 13:05:10
Content: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">?<html><head>?<title>403 Forbidden</title>?</head><body>?<h1>Forbidden</h1>?<p>You don't have permission to access /PBEM/serial_information_exp.php?on this server.</p>?<hr>?<address>Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at www.slitherine.com Port 80</address>?</body></html>?"
I also had the error code 5.
Is it a mere temporary server problem or is it my setup that has a problem ?
