unable to validate details

I am not able to access multiplayer mode to continue an online game; on my tower, laptop or ipad. My opponent is experiencing the same issue. I've had the game about a month and never had this issue. Is it an update issue?

There was an issue with our multiplayer server.
The issue is now fixed.

The server appears to have lost both of my games in progress - one against 'tamerlane' and one against 'youngr'.

uuhhh I have (had!) 10 ongoing games... Many with a turn or so of completion...

Please don't tell me these were zapped !

Sorry guys.
We have been having issues with the multiplayer server since Friday.
Our web admins are already looking at the issue.

Just lost all mine from both Original and Campaigns, they were there yesterday. Can read the Challenges.

Hi guys! Great game i am kind of new here, got the game for a month or so, (awesome game) but now i experienced the same as u all did in this thread.
So is all of my games lost or is it gonna be back with the server fixing?
I guess i got to set up new games?

I find that have a server dedicated to pbem is great, as an option.
I frankly love to manage my files myself just in case of.
