i start with a friend a match and in the second turn my friend cant join the match loadscreen and nothing come in... pls fix it fast 18€ for a buggy game...

I think it's because the loading time is sometime very long.
Sometimes it's ok, but sometimes....ctrl + alt + ctrl right : close the game, while loading/connecting to the server, restart the game, and it's better.

Give it a try.

We had some server issues over the weekend thanks to the popularity of HoN. The servers should be running correctly now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
