I'm not noticing much difference between default "good", and highest "fantastic" graphics options.

What are the technical differences?

With "fantastic" we activate:

* Anisotropic Textures
* Anti aliasing 2x Multi Sampling
* Hard and soft shadows (instead of just hard shadows in "Good")
* High resolution shadows

Hold the touch ALT during the launch of the game for access the graphic options
