Slitherine

Is anyone else having problems with online ordering through the Slitherine/BlueSnap store? I've never had any problems with it in the past. I've put in a support ticket but haven't heard back. I'd rather purchase straight from Slitherine rather than Steam as I assume that Slitherine and the developers get more of a cut than through Steam.

I was able to order though matrix/bluesnap ... I tried about 5 time with internet explorer but couldn't download the game, then tried with Firefox and it downloaded first try... very fast I might add. First time this ever happened to me with Matrix/Slitherine game but changing the browser solved the problem.

It's one of those "unable to complete your transaction at this time" errors. I've sent a ticket into Bluesnap support, so I'll see what they have to say. Quite strange. I've tried it on both of my OSs (Win10 and ElCapitan) and in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Explorer. I've bought lots of games with no problems over the years, but the last day and a half has been odd.

Just wondering if it was just me but I haven't seen any other frustrated attempted buyers on the boards. I'll wait on the store support.

Was it be credit card or Paypal?

All sorted after BlueSnap support did something. Thanks for all the "positive waves." Successful purchase last night and am enjoying the game this morning!
