I cannot get my in app purchases for battle academy no matter what . only change is new Apple pad hardware , now iPad Air iOS 8 plus but Apple Store makes me rebuy ( which I haven't done ) . I have rebooted checked restrictions ..none exist. I have not changed my Apple ID .

this is one of the best games ever on iPad and a joy to play over again ! please fix as I see others have exactly the same problem .( or do I get a refund )

I'm not sure what you mean. If you have pruchased them in the past, and you are logged in with the same Apple ID, then if you go through the purchase process again you will not be charged a second time (it should tell you so).

IIRC BA2 has a "restore" button on the main menu which does the same thing.
