direction of flee

Last nigth we have a small problem , a BG of cavalry broke after heavy fire from skirmisher on his front and his rear , the rule say he must flee in the direction of the fire but in this case which one ???

Per pg 100, "If there is more than one such enemy, bisect the angle between them." So to the left or the right, I guess - likely in the direction that would leave them furthest from both shooting sources. That's my guess.

The two bg shooting are parallel so impossible to bisect the angle ???

This makes the most sense to me.

Then the angle is 180 degrees and bisecting it gives you 90. You would have a choice of 90 degrees left or right.
