Is there a chance to obtain some info to uncompress cpf file for ba2 to insatll it on disk, i know it was an automatic installer in the game with downloader but if i have the lst and cpf file in my machine can i install it manualy ?

If you have an LST then it should itself point to the download location of the CPF file. So you would just need to use a local link to the LST file (which I think should work). IIRC they start with file:///C:/the path to the file.
