Happy Battle of Britain Day!

Order of Battle: Pacific has been updated with free special content celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain!

The scenario starts on 12 June 1940 and lasts until 20 September 1940. The map covers England and the northern French, Belgian and Dutch coasts. It accurately portrays the changing German tactics in the battle, first focusing on the RAF airfields and later switching to the strategic bombing of cities. Several event pop ups help tell the story and outline the strategic situation of the battle.

You control the men and machines of the Royal Air Force and must protect British shipping and cities to keep the British Morale up. You win the scenario by destroying the German command’s desire to fight by downing bomber wings and reaching out to disrupt their preparations for Operation Sea Lion.

AI controlled allied convoys sail from the western edge of the map along the English Channel towards ports in London. Protecting these convoys not only prevents a morale penalty, but each ship arriving at the destination also provides the player with additional resources to assist the war effort.

Secondary objectives include protecting the vital Radar chain, the destruction of Stuka bomber units harassing the Atlantic Convoys and taking out a heavy German coastal gun battery which is bombarding the area around Dover.

Please help. How can I upgrade game to patch 1.9.3. ?

If you are using the Steam version, it will automatically update. If you are using the non-Steam version, then you can use the Check for Updates button on the autorun menu/desktop shortcut to update the game. If you are having trouble with the Check for Updates button, please let me know, as I'm waiting for the manual link to go live, but when it does I can post this for you.

I'm not able to update from the game menu. Every time I try it just gives me "Error"

Okay, I just found the manual link, going with that. I like manual updates better anyway, because I can save the file to the hard drive to use if needed again at a later time.

Tried to update for "Battle of Britain" from " Check for Updates." Corrupted whole file/program.
Won't even launch. Fixable?

Should I see the new BoB screen as opposed to the Corsairs over the jap battle ship on game screen? I may need to uninstall and reinstall the game altogether. Maybe that will cure my apparent problems. Also after updating to Win 10 I have to wait extended periods of time for the Slitherine pages to load, any ides?

Yes. Whenever you have a mod installed you'll be able to select if you wish to play the "standard" game or the mod.

Check with another Internet browser.

I can't seem to find the link for the upgrade

Awesome MOD but please repair some of bugs:
- THE MAP of EUROPE (before the enter the battle) is present. Please change map of Europe from in 1939 or 1940 year
- In the first scenario the british bomber and german boat at some point they stand and not move
- I've noticed that german elite camo dissapeard

Just where does one find the DLC manager mentioned in the pop up scree for BoB?

Now if your about to tell me the crate in upper right hand corner, then we have a further problem. I click on it and a box pops up and tell me to wait, and wait I do, nothing happens , it just says wait. I can leave the room for 15 minutes and it still says wait.

Check your Internet security programs they might be interfering with the mod download.

Here is what I have done...Uninstalled game, deleted both remaining folders, reinstall game ( using 158.exe, 1.83 and 1.93. All anti virus uninstalled and win 10 defender shut down. thinking on using shotgun on computer. I really like this game

Does I understand this correct, that the "Battle of Britain" AddOn is in the patch v1.9.3 included?

It means, I need only the patch, then I´ve both, a patch for the game and the AddOn?

I think that is what it means. I however get the update but do not get the BoB add on mod.

No.
The mod BoB is a separate download.

AhHa! I am getting the update just cannot download BoB. The DLC manager times out before I get the mod. Any ideas?

I have the BoB download where do I install it and do I remove anything first
