Slitherine

I have most recent update and now, after saving and loading, Gold Beach continues to restart at turn 1; units will move through known minefields rather than path that requires the same movement cost but would avoid the minefield; One of the towns, I wish I could tell you the name but it is now covered by fog, wouldn't allow me to attack it but it had no trouble shooting me up. This game would be over priced even if it were free. Does the developer still create updates or not? If not why does Slitherine continue selling it?! Shame really as game does have potential. Who do I contact to either get a refund or at least be able to use the money spent on this piece of .... for a different purchase?
